PwC Global Mobility Services Business Optimisation
Project completed as part of a staff consultancy team in SP.
A service audit was performed on the PwC Global Mobility Services Department in Singapore to identify opportunities for business optimisation and to propose possible solution for implementation.
The project was especially relevant to the office, as they had to pivot their services in light of the Covid-19 pandemic with restricted mobility of talents across borders.
Staff from different functions and of varying seniority were interviewed to understand the process of the department to form a service blueprint of the current process of moving people.
Expats and experts from within the industry were also interviewed to understand about the moving and onboarding experience.
Three areas of optimisation were identified, and then presented to the client:
– Streamlining of internal processes
– Expansion of current offerings
– New business opportunities
